Joyous Chaos' mission is to support, educate, & empower families in the Shenandoah Valley who are expecting or have recently welcomed a new baby or babies into their homes. With over 18 years of experience, our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and IBCLC will individualize you and your baby's feeding support plan, identify barriers to achieving your unique goals, assess milk transfer, weight trends, maternal & infant concerns, and communicate to community OB and Pediatric providers to provide true interdisciplinary newborn care. Before your baby arrives we offer newborn education classes followed by in-home lactation support.

 Mamas truly need their village AFTER their baby is born! We are here to BE your village, answer your questions, and provide an opportunity for you to meet other new parents navigating  “Joyous Chaos” of a new baby!  Drop by with your baby (siblings welcome) and meet the Mom & Babe Community Cafe providers to talk feeding, weaning, pumping, sleep, post partum pelvic floor PT, and more! Our team consists of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants, Certified Midwives, Peds and Family Nurse Practitioners, OB Nurses, and our fav Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. Birth Prep LLC is a childbirth education business that believes that all parents should have the birth of their dreams. Education is key to being an active participant in your birth. Being well-educated helps to prevent birth trauma and the chances of cesarean sections. Birth Prep is dedicated to providing comprehensive childbirth education to empower parents and help them make informed choices for their birth experience.
