Heather Harper Palmer, LM, CPM

Heather Harper Palmer, LM, CPM, has been caring for pregnant women and their families for more than 20 year, providing perinatal education classes, doula support, lactation care, family planning education, and midwifery services.  She began her professional career in maternal-child social work, responsible for the creation of a comprehensive perinatal education program for community non-profits in Florida.  As a private practice doula and educator, she co-owned a holistic perinatal education and wellness center. As a midwife, she has provided care for families in the home and birth center settings.
